Water supply in parts of Clare continues to be affected today due to burst water mains in Ennis and Sixmilebridge.

Clare County Council acting as agents of Irish water will be carrying out works in the Cloughleigh Road and Hermitage area of the county town until four o'clock this afternoon.
While in Sixmilebridge work will continue on the Sixmilebridge to Kilmurry Road until 6pm this evening.
Consumers may experience loss of supply, poor pressure or discoloration and traffic detours are also in place.
