Warnings After Dolphin Displays Aggression In West Clare

Warnings have once more been issued for people wishing to swim with Dusty the Dolphin.

It's after CEO of the charity Barnardos got up close and personal with her on a recent trip to North Clare, when they came face to fin at Inis Oirr.

Fergus Finlay was in the water with his grandchildren when Dusty began to circle in what seemed like a playful mood, but this soon changed as she attacked him by headbutting and knocked him off his feet.

Fergus told Clare FM that when Dusty starts to slap her tail, it's time to head for safety.
