The streets of Ennis are filling up once again this afternoon for Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann after a hugely successful launch.
Musicians from around Ireland will take to stages across the county town throughout the day to play their sets, while buskers and dancers will draw the crowds out onto to the streets too.

Crowds are beginning to fill the streets of Ennis this afternoon as Day Two of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2017 gets underway.
It follows yesterday’s hugely successful launch, which kickstarted what promises to be another busy Fleadh week for Ennis and the Banner County.
Lord of the Dance and Riverdance star Michael Flatley performed on stage at the opening ceremony and afterwards spoke of his love for traditional music.
After Michael came off stage, a young girl from Lisheen, Ballynacally asked if she could have her photo taken with him.
But when he spotted her carrying a flute, Michael asked her to play him a tune.
Today’s events include a concert by some of the finest consertina players at Glór, while Dánlann an Chláir will host a youth orchestra who will perform traditional Irish songs later.
Renowned accordion player Frankie Gavin will also play a special set in Glór this evening.
Meanwhile, businesses in Ennis are being warned to be on the look-out for counterfeit money.
It’s after two fake fifty euro notes were found in circulation yesterday – one by a taxi driver and the other in a pub.
Gardaí say it is likely that more are in circulation and they’re appealing to anyone who finds further notes to contact them.
