Visiting restrictions remain in place at University Hospital Limerick today due a suspected outbreak of the Winter Vomiting Bug.
No visitors are currently allowed at Unit 5B of the hospital while authorities attempt to control the spread of the infection.
The hospital says all the necessary steps have been put in place and a review of the situation will take place later today to see if the restrictions need to be extended.
