Virtual Meetings The Way Of The Future Says Council CEO

The CEO of Clare County Council believes remote meetings will be the way of the future.

It comes as the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage Darragh O’Brien has signed an order which will allow county and city councillors to hold meetings and vote remotely.

The decision was taken to ensure the work of our local authority members can continue as normal, despite greater restrictions imposed on the country, while protecting their health and well being at the same time.
