Irish J1 students are holding a vigil in a park in Berkeley this morning to remember the six students killed and seven who were injured in a balcony collapse on Tuesday.

Around a thousand people are taking part – it follows a memorial service in the university town earlier.
Investigators say dry rot may have caused the balcony to collapse at the apartment building where the students were celebrating a 21st birthday party.
