Vaccination for children aged 5 to 11 has got underway in Clare today.
Scheduled appointments got underway this morning, with youngsters of that age among the first to experience new child friendly spaces, when they attended the Clare centre for vaccination at Treacy’s West County Hotel.

So far 257 children have been vaccinated, with over 600 appointments scheduled across the weekend.
General Manager of the Midwest Covid-19 vaccinaition centres Irene O’Connor outlines the changes that have been made following the success of the programme for over 12s.
