Up to 166 repossession cases are due to be heard at Ennis Circuit Court this morning.
In most of the cases, solicitors will seek orders allowing financial institutions to repossess homes after borrowers fell into arrears.
The cases are due to be heard by County Registrar Pat Wallace at Ennis Courthouse from 10am.
Some of the financial institutions represented this morning include Bank of Ireland, Permanent TSB, Ulster Bank, AIB and EBS.
