United Airlines has confirmed its Shannon to Newark service will begin again in March 2022.
In a statement to Clare FM, the airline says that flights on the route are currently on sale, and that a ‘seasonal’ daily service will resume from the 27th of March next year.
The route, which operated daily from April to October, was pulled last year when pandemic restrictions took hold, and the airline subsequently informed Shannon Group that it would not return in 2021.
