Union Bosses plan major anti austerity protest

Trade Union leaders are calling for a new top rate of tax in the budget – to hit the pension payments of bankers and politicians.

Five union bosses made the appeal as they announced details of a march against the government’s austerity policies in Dublin on November the 24th.

They expect 10-thousand people to take to the streets to oppose government policies.

They’ve also described the half million euro pensions paid to former executives at AIB as obscene.
