Under 18s can avail of free admission to guided tours of Ennis Friary and Scattery Island this month.
The Office of Public Works is running the pilot project with the goal of boosting visitor numbers to this county’s heritage sites.

Over 15,400 people passed through the 13th Century Ennis Friary last year, while over 4,000 flocked to the historic Scattery Island which has stood for over 1500 years.
