The Tanaiste is meeting the UN Secretary General in New York later, to discuss issues including the conflict in Syria and the Middle East peace process.

It comes ahead of the Tanaiste’s address to the 68th General Assembly of the UN, during which he’ll welcome the progress made on Syria.
