Ulster Bank says all of its services are now running as normal following major technical problems last night.

Customers at RBS, Ulster Bank and NatWest in the UK, reported that they couldn’t withdraw money from cash machines, pay for items with their cards or access online banking.
The group was hit with similar problems in June.
It had to put aside 100 million euro to compensate those affected.
