UL Hospitals Group Continuing ‘Slow And Steady’ Resumption Of Scheduled Care Across Its Sites

The UL Hospitals Group says it’s continuing a ‘slow and steady’ resumption of scheduled care across all of its sites.

The Group says what it describes as a ‘significant’ number of healthcare workers are now returning to work having been absent for COVID-19-related reasons.

Theatre lists have resumed across all of the group’s sites, including UHL and Ennis, with outpatient departments also working towards a full resumption of services.

Around 5 percent of the Group’s workforce are currently absent for Covid reasons.

The Group says it’s contacting affected patients directly about the rescheduling of appointments.
