The UL Hospitals Group insist members of the public suffering from heart failure can live long , healthy & fulfilling lives by taking action early.
This week is European Heart Failure Awareness Week & the hospital group are hoping to curtail hospital admissions by reminding the public to avail of their specialist services clincis across the MidWest region.
It is estimated that over 90,000 people in Ireland are living with the condition, while UHL’s heart failure clinic facilitated over 2,500 outpatient appointments in 2022 alone.
