South Yorkshire Police have admitted they got things 'catastrophically wrong' at Hillsborough – after a jury found 96 Liverpool fans were unlawfully killed there.

The inquest found their deaths were as a result of 'gross negligence' by a senior officer.
Prosecutors say they'll now look at whether charges should be brought.
