Uisce Éireann is set to begin works in Ennis this week with the aim to reduce leakage and improve water supply to the county town.
These works will be carried out along the R458 and will involve the replacement of over 300m of aged water mains.

The majority of repairs will be carried out overnight and a traffic management system will be in operation for the duration of the works.
The water utility estimates the project to be completed fully by the end of September.
