University Hospital Limerick remains the most overcrowded facility in the country today despite a significant reduction in trolley numbers heading into the weekend.
During this mornings rounds, the INMO recorded 86 patients without a bed at the Dooradoyle site, which is the first time this week the figure has fallen below the hundred mark.

However the figures is still more than the combined total of the next two busiest centres; namely Cork and Sligo University Hospitals.
It comes on a day when 405 patients where without a bed nationwide.
