University Hospital Limerick is suffering from the highest levels of overcrowding in the country once again today.

The INMO’s latest trolley watch figures show there are almost 290 people seeking admission at Irish hospitals this afternoon.

34 of those are at the region’s main hospital – meaning more than one in eight who are without a bed in Irish hospitals today are at Dooradoyle.
