Taxi and ride-sharing company Uber is delivering a major jobs boost to the MidWest.
The US-based company is opening a new customer service operation in Limerick City, and says it will create 150 jobs this year and employ up to 300 people by the end of 2016.

Uber is investing €4 million in the facility, which is the first of the company’s 'centres of excellence' to be located outside the US.
