The price paid for a typical home in Clare has risen by over €20,000 in the space of a year.
Figures released by the CSO show that the typical home in Clare sold for €177,500 in April – up from €157,200 a year previously, though this figure is dictated by supply.

It also shows that €11.3 million worth of property transactions took place across the month, with 65 homes sold.
