Two people have been hospitalised after a two car collision in west Clare this lunchtime.
The incident occured around 11am on the Miltown to Ennis road just outside Miltown.

A man and a women have been taken to University Hospital Limerick but their injuries are not life threatening.
The road was closed for a time but has since reopened
