Two popular Clare restaurants have retained their Michelin Star and Bib Gourmand status respectively for 2019.
The Wild Honey Inn in Lisdoonvarna, run by prominent chef Aidan McGrath and his partner Kate Sweeney, will carry its Michelin Star into the year ahead.
Dating back to 1860, the North Clare restaurant provides food focused on the French classical genre, using wild local produce from Clare in doing so.
