Two Clare Restaurants Retain Michelin Honours

Two Clare restaurants have retained their Michelin honours.

Michelin has a long history of reviewing restaurants, dating back to 1900, and the Star has become a hallmark of fine dining.

Following a ceremony in London last night, there are now 18 Irish restaurants with stars, including the Wild Honey Inn in Lisdoonvarna.

While, Morrissey’s in Doonbeg has held onto its Michelin Bib Gourmand, which recognises ‘great food at great value.
