Two Clare projects are to benefit from a dynamic short film training and production scheme for emerging film talent in the mid-west.
ENGINE Shorts is run by Innovate Limerick, through Film in Limerick, in partnership with Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board, the Local Arts Offices in Limerick, Clare and Tipperary, and the three Local Enterprise Offices in the mid-west
12,500 euro in production funding alongside industry training and mentoring will be made available for two standout Clare projects that have been selected, as well as two more from Tipperary, and Limerick, ensuring strong regional representation.
Production of the six films is taking place over the coming months across the Mid-West and the films will be completed before the end of the year before being submitted to national and international film festivals.
