Gardaí in Shannon have made two more arrests in connection with a shooting incident in Sixmilebridge that took place last year.
One man in his 20s was arrested in Dublin last Thursday and is being detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007 at Shannon Garda station.
The second man, also in his 20s, was arrested in Limerick yesterday morning, and is being detained under Section 42 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1999 at Ennis Garda station.
