Turkey Promises To Help Stem Flow Of Migrants To Europe

Turkey has promised to help stem the flow of migrants to Europe.

In return, the country will get more than 3-billion euro to raise the living standards of Syrians already in Turkey – and renewed talks on joining the European Union.

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has described it as a "new beginning".

But he says neither Europe or Turkey should be left to shoulder the responsibility for refugees
