A local transport plan for one of East Clare’s most populated villages looks set to be developed in the near future.
It comes amid renewed concerns over speeding and road safety issues along the R352 in Tulla, particularly adjacent to Dr Daly Park.

The Killlaloe Municipal District has poured cold water on the prospect of a speed limit reduction and pedestrian crossing on the route, but is exploring other measures.
O’Callaghan’s Mills Fine Gael Councillor Conor Ryan says measures are needed.
