The number of people on a trolley at the region’s main hospital has climbed above 100 for the first time in over two weeks.
The latest figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation show that 107 admitted patients were without a bed at University Hospital Limerick during morning rounds today.
The overall figure is 50 more than the next busiest hospital; Cork University Hospital.
