The level of overcrowding at the region’s main hospital has dipped again.
But University Hospital Limerick remains by far the busiest in the country once again, with 71 on trolleys there this morning, according to the latest INMO figures.

The overall figure is 27 higher than the next busiest facility and comes on a day when 454 people were waiting to be admitted at hospitals across the country.
