The Troika are in town this morning for their latest inspection of Ireland’s bailout progress.

It’s intended that the visit will be the second-last of the bailout programme.
The inspection is likely to focus on the efforts of Irish banks to deal with struggling mortgage holders – and to outline Ireland’s funding options when the bailout fund runs out.
