Tributes are being paid to a Clare-born clergymen who rose to one of the top positions in the Catholic Church in Ireland.
The retired Auxilliary Bishop of Dublin, Fiachra Ó Ceallaigh, died on Sunday in Dublin after a long illness at the age of 85.

The only child of former TD Seán Ó Ceallaigh, Bishop Ó Ceallaigh was a long-time teacher, Gaeilgóir and proud Clare GAA fan alongside his religious duties.
