Tributes are being paid to Martin Connolly as the well-know Clare musician has been laid to rest today.
A member of the well-know Connolly musical family, he was highly regarded as an accordion player, maker and teacher, winning All-Ireland titles at all levels.

Martin passed away last Friday following a two-year battle with illness.
He’s survived by his wife Pauline, sons and extended family.
Close friend Oliver Connolly says he was an iconic figure in the county.
