Tributes are being paid to one of the stalwarts of Clare Camogie who passed away this week.
Kitty McNicholas was a member of the Clare team that defeated Dublin in the All-Ireland Junior final at Croke Park, winning the county’s first All-Ireland camogie title.

The ÉireÓg woman also served as Chairperson and Secretary of the Camogie Board and was instrumental in fundraising efforts.
She was laid to rest in Drumcliffe Cemetery this morning, following funeral mass in Ennis Cathedral.
