The National Transport Authority is ‘finalising route selection’ for an Ennis town bus service.
The service has long been mooted for the county town, with the NTA having previously suggesting that funding was standing in the way of its progression.
Ennis councillors have been told this week that while implementation remains dependent on available budgets, Clare County Council is in ongoing communication with the NTA’s Public Transport Planning Service Team.
