The Mid-Western Regional Authority members are to hold a meeting with Minister Varadkar next week, to try and ensure that this does not occur when the airport’s new board is announced.

The Authority is also calling for one of it’s members to be co-opted onto the board, instead of one Councillor from Clare or another local authority area.
