A teenager who's died following an incident on a South West Clare road has been named locally.

An investigation is underway into the death of fifteen year-old Kevin Donnellan of Knock, Kilrush, who was discovered lying on the Roadside near the village of Killimer yesterday morning.
The alarm was raised after a women reported that her car had struck something – its understood the victim may have been lying on the roadside or suffered a fall before the car collided with him.
Gardaí are awaiting the results of a post mortem before determining the course of their investigation.
