It appears that Clare commuters have had to endure longer commutes in recent times.
Transport Infrastructure Ireland’s annual report for 2017 has found that traffic on their roads – namely national roads and motorway – grew by 3.9% in the MidWest last year.

Along with the border region, that’s the highest growth of anywhere in the country.
Overall, traffic levels grew by 3% in 2017.
