Total Of €35,000 In Funding Granted To Seven Clare Community Based Projects

A total of €35,000 in funding has been granted to seven community based projects across Clare under the Communities Integration Fund 2021.

The Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, Roderic O’Gorman announced the 111 projects across Ireland that were successful in attaining the supports.

The groups involved around Clare include Intercultural Awareness projects, Arts groups, Sports clubs and Community Games teams.

The funding aims to assist community-based organisations with playing a greater role in welcoming and integrating migrants and refugees into the locality.
