Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following the theft of thousands of euro worth of tools from a windfarm in West Clare.
Thieves gained entry to storage containers at the windfarm in Kilmihil sometime between 6.45 last Monday evening, October 15th, and 7.30 the following morning.
Gardaí believe transport would have been needed to move the tools, and are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the area to come forward.
