Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after an Ennis shop has been targetted by criminals for a second time in as many weeks.
In the early hours of last Tuesday morning, two men gained entry to Tierney’s shop on the Tulla Road and made their getaway with a number of items from the store.
Gardaí are now investigating an incident of criminal damage at the same premises in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The front window of the shop was smashed just after 2am, no entry was gained and no property was taken.
Gardaí are urging anyone in the area who may have witnessed either incident to contact Ennis Garda Station on 065 68 48 100.
