Threshold prevented eleven households from entering homelessness in Clare between April and June.

The charity’s latest quarterly report shows that fourteen adults and seven children in the county avoided emergency accommodation due to interventions.

The report also shows that 46% of all notices to quit issued here during this timeframe were invalid, while five households presented with complaints relating to the unlawful retention of their deposits.
