Threshold says it is deeply concerned about the ongoing dominance of short-term lets in the Clare rental market.
There are currently 335 properties in Clare available for short-term booking on AirBnb.
Meanwhile, there are just 11 long-term rental properties in the county, according to housing website Daft.ie.
