Three Months Of N18 Roadworks Come To An End

It’s plain sailing for motorists on the county’s busiest road this morning.

Roadworks had been in place on the N18 dual-carraigeway between Bunratty Bridge and Hurlers Cross since September, but the operation came to an end last night and all lanes are now fully re-opened.

The National Roads Authority used a manufactured product likened to volcanic ash to correct the uneven surface in the area.
