Three men have been arrested after €100,000 of suspected cocaine was seized South East Clare.
The seizure took place after a property in Clonlara was searched late last night.
At around 11:45pm last night, Gardaí from Ardnacrusha Garda Station conducted a search at a property in, Clonlara.
The search was conducted as part of Operation Tara, the enhanced national anti-drugs strategy.
Approximately €100,000 worth of suspected cocaine and other drug paraphernalia was seized during the course of the search.
Three men, all aged in their 20s were arrested at the scene and are currently detained under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996 at Henry Street Garda station in Limerick.
All of the suspected drugs will now be sent to Forensic Science Ireland for analysis.
Investigations are ongoing.
