Three people including a young child have died after seperate road crashes in teh past 24 hours.

In the latest incident a 34 year old man died when his motorbike collided with a car near Thurles in Tipperary at 10 o’clock last night.
Earlier in Sligo – a 22 year old man died after he was thrown from his tractor and struck by the attached trailor in Cloher – He was prounced dead at the scene.

A four year old boy killed in a road crash at Patrickswell Cross in Limerick yesterday has been named locally as Jack McDonnell – from Doon in County Limerick
His parents, twin 6 year old brothers, and a woman and three other children travelling in the other car, all received minor injuries.
