Three Clare towns have received gold medals at this years Supervalu Tidy Towns Awards.
904 towns entered this year’s competition which was over 20 entries more than in 2023.

Ennis, Ballyvaughan and Kilrush were Clare’s gold medal recipients, with the county town taking the County First once again.
Silver medals went to Quin, Clarecastle and Newmarket-on-Fergus, while Ruan, Tuamgraney and Shannon were given bronze medals, and the Endeavour Award was bestowed on Inagh.
Ballincollig in County Cork took home the top prize, having missed out by one point last year.
