Members of Shannon Town Council have proposed a wide-range of community works for the final motion at their final ever meeting, while Town Councillors in Ennis and in Kilkee also gather for the last time today.
The bodies are being abolished under the Environment Minister's wide-ranging reforms of local government.
Kilrush Town Council holds its final meeting later this week.
