Three Clare athletes have been honoured at NUI Galway’s annual Sports Awards.

The event recognises performance, leadership and participation in sport at the college, with Ennisman Kevin Moynihan picking up the hurling honour.
Orlaith Duggan from Clooney was honoured in the camogie category, while Enniswoman Hannah Smith was praised for her work in women’s rugby.
Smith picked up the prestigious Special Achievement Award which recognises her work in the sport over a number of years.
