Three Clare Businesses are among the latest list of tax defaulters published by the Revenue Commissioners.
Publican, restauranteur and farmer Frank Gill from Ballyvaughan made a total settlement of 103 thousand, 262 euro covering undeclared Income Tax and Vat along with Interest and Penalties following a Revenue Audit Case.
Dr. Baumann International Limited, a Trading Consultancy and Advertising Services Provider with an address at Knocklassa, The Hand, Miltown Malbay paid 83 thousand 828 euro to Revenue for undeclared income tax, Paye and PRSI including interest and penlaties.
While, Ennis publican Declan P. Brandon of O'Connell Street is also included on Revenue's list for the third quarter of 2014, having made a total settlement of 55 thousand euro covering undeclared VAT and Income Tax as well as penalties and interest.
